Hometown Veterinary Partners Names Dr. Cheryl Brocki as CVO: A Game-Changer for the Future of Veterinary Care

Hometown Veterinary Partners has announced the appointment of Dr. Cheryl Brocki as its new Chief Veterinary Officer (CVO). Known for her dedication to advancing veterinary care and empowering veterinary professionals, Dr. Brocki brings extensive experience in mentorship, operational leadership, and building strong, supportive veterinary communities.

Dr. Brocki’s career has been defined by her commitment to supporting veterinary teams at all stages of their careers, from early-career veterinarians to seasoned practitioners. She has played a pivotal role in mentoring DVMs, CVTs, and VAs, focusing on engagement and retention efforts for over 75 veterinarians. Her passion for education has driven the development of a veterinary university program across 16 institutions, as well as a comprehensive onboarding experience for new graduate veterinarians. Dr. Brocki’s certification in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) further demonstrates her commitment to strengthening the veterinary profession.

In her new role as CVO, Dr. Brocki will guide the future of Hometown Veterinary Partners’ hospitals. She will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the veterinary professional experience while ensuring that hospitals maintain their commitment to exceptional care. Dr. Brocki will also oversee the strategic growth of the organization, helping integrate new hospitals into the network while preserving their unique culture and high standards of care.
